When cartoons started breaking out from their TV shows into our world, we didn't know what to do. They poured out in their millions, rampaging and destroying everything in their paths. The police and army where powerless to defeat them, nothing worked. Humanity needed a hero, so Toon Town sent us their best. Our only hope, Tooncop.
